Input Data Collection

Layout Development Piping

Using SP3D, E3D, AutoCAD and MicroStation, we develop detailed and optimized piping layouts. In addition, our P&ID and isometric revision tracking system ensures that all changes are tracked, preventing errors and ensuring consistency between technical documents.

Verification Multidisciplinary

STRESS ANALYSIS

The analysis is based on precise data provided by the customer, which includes: • Operating pressures and temperatures: We simulate extreme conditions and operating transients. • External and dynamic loads: Vibrations, thermal expansions and seismic forces. • Fluid characteristics: We consider the viscosity, density and velocity of the fluid, influencing the internal stresses.

Thermal and Mechanical Stress Simulations

Using CAESAR II, we perform simulations for: • Thermal expansion: We analyze how pipes behave in response to temperature changes. • Mechanical stress: We verify the stresses generated by dynamic loads and vibrations. • Fatigue cycles: We simulate operating cycles to prevent structural failures due to fatigue.

Design and Optimization of Supports

The supports are designed to optimally distribute the stresses: • Static and dynamic supports: Strategic positioning to minimize movements and deformations. • Fatigue prevention: Design of supports to withstand intense operating cycles and frequent thermal variations.

Compliance Verification

Each project is verified against international standards, including ASME B31.3 and ISO 14687, ensuring that piping systems conform to operational safety and durability requirements.

Stress Analysis is an essential element to ensure that piping systems can operate safely and without structural failure. DEANSER uses CAESAR II to perform mechanical and thermal stress simulations,

supported by a revision management system that tracks all changes during the design and analysis phase.
